Creating Character
Before creating a character, decide which server where you are going to create a character. B. In The Game
1. Interface
When playing browser-based RPG games, it is recommended to often times refresh the game or page. Especially before entering dungeons, battle grounds or joining an event. It will decrease the possibility of disconnection during the event. Make sure also to complete all daily task, dungeon attempts or in-game routine ahead before the server resets. Since there are very short delays, in a rare occasion the server might not reset perfectly. Refreshing the page before and after reset is effective to avoid this kind of unwanted issues.
Maintaining your browser clean will ensure better gaming experience. It will make the game run well; avoid disconnections and character being stuck on loading page.
To clear browser, click the wrench icon or press Alt + F for Windows, look for Tools then click Clear browsing data
Choose what time you want Google Chrome to start clearing from. Leave "Save autofill data" unmarked if you don't want to delete saved password.
Having stable connection is vital in playing online RPG games. You may test your internet speed at http://www.speedtest.net/ Reduce your Ping to avoid internet interruption. Ping indicates the reachability of a host of an Internet Protocol. The higher the ping the harder you reach the server. Close all unnecessary pages and downloads to minimize your ping to at least 30. Contact your Internet Service Provider if you are having real bad connection.
2. Things to Avoid in the Game
Scammers
Do not involve yourself to unsafe trading. If the character is suspicious and looks like a dummy or alternate, ignore him and do not believe on their promising offers.
Impersonator
When someone is asking your account info or password, be wise to view their character interface. Most of these players are trying to hack pretending to be a GM or copying your friends name using similar letters. Add them in your ignore list and report them.
Third Party Program or Site
Do not believe players who are introducing game cheats/hack, lag reducer etc. Obviously, they will give you a link to download these third party programs. Do not attempt to visit the address, they contain auto-install key logger which will send them a copy of information you key-in.
Gold Sellers and Spammer
DO NOT pay attention to them, they are considered to be parasites of any game. They will sell in-game currency or mall items in cheaper price then they issue chargeback. Once refund is initiated, as part of Terms of Services publisher will investigate character activities that leads to account termination of all account that are involved including player account who patronize them.
3. Things NOT to DO
- Flaming – using indecent words, cursing and threatening other players. Excessive display of emotion or chat box spamming that annoys other player.
- Impersonation – claiming to be a Game Master or R2Games representative, stealing other player’s identity.
- Hacking – Unauthorized item transfer and account access.
- Scamming – tricking or deceiving other players.
- Game Exploit – bug abusing and using the game for illegal purposes.
- Illegal Programs and activities – using third party program, cheats and hacks. Obtaining in-game items or Gold illegally.
- Involving Real Cash – selling gold or items through real money, exchanging items with prepaid loads, money currency in other games. Etc.

D. Support and Filing ticket
The things you should first know are how and where to seek assistance. Though, Crystal Saga will guide you all the way in the game you should still know where to ask support during helpless time.
Forum

However, since R2Games representatives are very kind and helpful. They are actually the one who provides the most reliable gameplay assistance. Support Ticket
File a ticket to contact R2Games support team to provide you timely assistance in any issues. When filing a ticket it is necessary to use the email address registered on your account. This will verify your ownership of the account you are using. Ticket number which is necessary to check the status of your ticket is sent to your mailbox. Just in case your mailbox is unable to receive ticket number or R2 response, use alternate account or email to file a ticket but remember to indicate it in your message. Remember also to give them clear description of the issue you are encountering and fill up all required information when filing a ticket
Encountered Issues that you need to file a ticket immediately:
Undelivered Crystals
If their payment system recognizes your transaction as your account’s first order. Your purchase will be delivered within 12 hours as they will be going to investigate every order against fraud. If it is not your first order, your payment might not able to reach through their end or payments are being declined. Provide them the following:

Did not receive in-game benefits for paid VIP
Once VIP status is turned off yet it was automatically or manually renewed, send a ticket providing them the following information:

Missing Characters
Characters below level 20 that haven’t been online for more than 2 weeks are deleted automatically. However, if you are a VIP member or if you have a Crystal in your inventory, your character will not be deleted. If level is higher than 20, file a ticket and provide them the following information:
- Character name:
- Server Name
Forgot Password and Changing bound email address
If the account is bound to your email address, use Forgot Password option. If you are unable to access your mailbox or account is not bound, file a ticket and provide them the following information:
- Character Name
- Server Name
- Date of Registration
- Location when you registered the account
- IP address (view your IP address at http://whatismyipaddress.com/)
- Crystal Purchase if any
- Email Receipt of your recent purchase
Stuck on character loading page
If you are able to log-in but failed to load the game, clear your browser then refresh the page or try loading the game using different browser. If you are stuck on a certain map, file a ticket requesting them to summon you in a different map and refresh the page after. Provide them the following information:
- Character Name
- Server Name
Bugs
Players are responsible to report bugs or in-game glitch. Bug exploit is against in Terms of Service of any game. Once these bugs are abused, developers tend to roll back the game wasting more time, experience and effort that benefits gained from abusing it. Report these cases immediately giving them the following information:
- Server Name
- Map or NPC where the bug is
- Clear explanation of the bug/glitch
Hack Issue
Request to temporary lock your account immediately while investigation in ongoing. File a ticket with following information:
- Character Name
- Server Name
- Date of Registration
- Location when you registered the account

- Email Receipt of your recent purchase
- Date when you noticed you have been hacked
- Character name of the person who knows your account info if any
Scammed
You cannot avoid players to trick you or players that are unconscious to be tricked. That is why it is necessary to capture or screenshot your conversation when involving yourself to such deals or transactions. If you encounter a player who does not honor your agreement, file a ticket immediately and provide them accurate information:
- Characters involved
- Server name
- Screenshot of you conversation
- Description of the transaction
Note: Developers or publisher of any game do NOT replace items that were lost in not using their proper trading system, intentional or unintentional destroyed items and sold, or failure to protect your accounts from intruder or hacker. However, certainly they provide compensation when the issue occurs on their end.
